un_fishingV2 is a full skill-based fishing job for FiveM. Casting, a real-time reel where tension decides the catch, and 25 levels of progression that give players a reason to keep coming back to the water.

Most fishing scripts are a 10-second wait and a payout. This isn't that.

Features

Skill-Based Reeling

Real casting: cast the line, wait for the bite, then fight the fish in real time.

Live tension mechanic: hold the line in the sweet spot to reel it in. Push too hard and it snaps.

Difficulty scales with the catch: a sardine is easy money, a shark tests your nerve.

Mastery matters: players who learn the timing genuinely out-fish the ones who don't.

Progression

25 levels of XP, earned one catch at a time.

Higher levels unlock better gear and access to rarer fish.

Gear

6 rods and 6 baits, from a cheap starter setup to a high-end Master kit.

Better gear means easier catches and rarer fish.

Everything unlocks through leveling and is bought from the in-game shop.

Fish and Loot

12 fish across 5 rarities, from the humble anchovy to a legendary shark.

Occasional junk catches: old boot, rusty can. For the laughs.

Every catch carries its own value and rarity, so the big ones feel earned.
